A 3-storey professional office building in Mississauga required a full door system overhaul to meet updated Ontario Fire Code requirements and improve accessibility.
Scope of Work
Installation of 8 fire-rated door assemblies, 3 automatic door operators at main entrances, and 12 interior office doors with commercial-grade hardware.
Results
The building passed its Fire Code inspection on the first attempt with full documentation provided. Tenant accessibility scores improved significantly.
